Surprise Visit

Father McGee
Walk into the church
when he saw
a man on the front pew
He sat there, legs crossed
And looked a bit lost
So Mcgee asked "Can I help you"

The man with a nod, replied
"I am God"
And McGee thought he misunderstood
Pardon me Sir, I'm not sure that I heard
For me hearing isn't so good

The man soon repeated
From where he was seated
"I am God and this is my house"
McGee then in shock
Ran a full Block
All the way to see Archbishop Klaus

He explained to the Bishop
What the man claimed
And ask the Archbishop, "Is He"
The Bishop was slow to
Replied "I don't know
But you'd better go back
And look busy"
