Sure On This Shiny Knight

Sure on this shiny knight I pee

I so detest the parade I see

He is more pompous than a pompadour

And his stuffed mail I do abhor.

Oh so gay is his plume

He is but a raving buffoon.

I will not bow to his magnificence

There is no circumstance of any significance.

Didja like the music ?- It may be my all-time favorite piece of choral music. And I've done a LOT of choral music. I always tear up when I hear it. But I can't let the lachrymosal effluvium (water works) get to me when I sing it.

This a satire on a choral piece of music the choir of my church (Unitarian) did recently titled Sure On This Shining Night - check it out on youtube if you like good choral music.
