Cape, strength and the mask- of one in disguise dawn, the light shinning through- here in my world Oh.. to see your identity- those eyes Dodging everything at you being whirled My Superman!! Defender of things right Power, your ability to stand tall here in my world, shining through, is your light lift me where I belong- above it all A fairy-tail, a fantasy, some bliss truth, somersaults- while flying out of sight My hero- you are something just like this Dodging everything, even Kryptonite Cape, strength and the mask- of one in disguise Oh.. to see your identity- those eyes ___________________________ - Just a little Scribble - Songs ~ The Chainsmokers and Coldplay- Something Just Like This 3 Doors Down - Kryptonite ~ Superman unrolls, a suit before he lifts She said- “I’m not looking for somebody with some superhuman gifts” ~

Yes, this is a little different than my normal writing, but still holds my signature within. You're exactly right, I'm looking for a good man, one that defends the truth. (I wrote this not long after I wrote, "My Faraway Friend.") Thanks for being a defender of what's right. :)

Part of the appeal of a superhero is their inhuman power, and part is their tireless pursuit of justice. But let's face it, a big part is the mystery of who lives behind the mask! Very creative theme and another nicely rendered sonnet, dear Brandy!
