Sunshine Peach

Round fire rises
it tends to my precious
healthy you must become
for on these trees you hang with your brothers
and you have all strengthened me for years
I thank you forever
and I still ask of you
to give me more power
let me consume your strength
so we're one with our hearts
when I'm not around
mother sun with take care of you
you have been around on my days in the rain
as you were too
you have also stood by my side on the sunniest days
when the sun goes down
I see your fruit
smiling with light
from the bottom of their hearts

Amen to juicy peaches, if that is what this is about? May be deeper but I can't go there? I would surely lose my way. Thanks for sharing these thoughts with all of us on the soup. oldbuck, an old rhymester
