Sunshine At 3 Am

You are
My Sunshine at 3 a.m.

In the cold of the night
Bring me the warmth
For which I yearn. 

You shine brightly 
Blinding my love

No nightlight needed
When I have you. 

I'm not scared, 
For you are there.

My Sunshine at 3 a.m.

Many of my poems with the word "Sunshine" in it is inspired by my boyfriend, or my Sunshine.
