Sunset West of Eden

Candles wax time pulls it to Earth,
drops cool stilled hardens in seconds,
a fire holder girth, warps obverse,
candles wax time pulls it to Earth,
vapors prompt darkening observes,
fire loses fight gloaming transcends, 
candles wax time pulls it to Earth,
drops cool stilled hardens in seconds.
