Sunset Or Moon Rise

SUNSET or MOON RISE?   
                                                  
  Two drunkards not aware of Sun-Moon.
    Horizon showed yellow disc dazzling lone maroon.
    First one prompt to tell about sunset sharp. 
    But second objected ‘No, Full Moon’ taking burp. 
    Quarrel went on, yet no decision finalized. 
    On the spot came the third man drunkard and realized
   the conflict. Both approached for correct right answer.
   But the third got confused ‘I am stranger. So, ignorant either.
   know neither Sun nor Moon,
   No answer.Now so soon.'
   So, he bluntly made frown:
  ‘Unable to say sharp, who is just up or down!’
