Sunset Cottage

If there was a way To live inside a sunset I'd build a little cottage made for two I'd call you when it's ready Lift you at the doorstep Then carry you in my arms and bring you through The rooms adorned with orchids The scent inside of lilacs The colors of a sunset would abound Your face a glowing candle I'd keep it lit forever Illuminated beauty would surround My watch no longer needed All care of time depleted There's only you and your unending glow To keep me right before you Allowed now to adore you For finally then my love could freely flow
