Sunrise In Clayton
The frosted grass reflected the tangerine skies
As the sunrise starts a dance across glistening fields,
Peeking through bare oaks and green towering pines
As if to sneak views at the beauty which nature wields.
The chilly air touches the skin ever so soft
and sets cheeks and noses red as if they were ablaze
while my breath rises and crystalizes aloft
and mixes with the calm and sunny array
