Sunrise

The sun glares out in the eastern sky
The birds hum songs as they fly by
I look above and starts to smile
Though deep inside I wanna cry.

These views around is a great reminder
That once there came a love so tender
Tears rushing down as I remember
How we spent our time together.

I stare above the sky so blue
Maybe one day God will give me a clue
Where are you now, I wanna know
If I call you, will you be here too?

I know I couldn't build a time machine
Or anything that could ease the pain
But if God will send me back to you
I still love to spend another sunrise with you.
