Sunny Weather

The sun shone beautifully,
Friends sat outside conversationally on the bench.

Her favorite handsome prince walked past,
How nice she thought, summer is on its way.

She had had a delicious lunch,
Blessed with delicious foods and friendship.

The good weather is here, how divine is that,
Days of sitting in the warm sunshine.

Mother used to say, "Don't forget your sun tan lotion.
Wear a cap and sunglasses to protect you."

Reminder of days as a swimmer,
Swimming with our children and parents at the fitness.

Walks beyond compare,
The Lake Acquitaine conservation area in the distance.
