“Sunning in Spring”

Sunning in Spring, but remembering now,
that time, the time,
Hips deep, stuck in snow, 
so down, so cold, so low,

Sunning in Spring, but remembering now, 
that time, the time,
Face wintered, so bitter, so cold
Feeling at best so-so
So-so, not so long ago…

This is my unfinished poem, hopefully it becomes a symphony. Today, I’ll have faith, something good is coming, in the next weeks, in the not sure what. FEEDBACK WELCOME.

It is amazing how swiftly we begin enjoying the sun, drowning out all memory of the snow that covered and immobilized us seconds before. You have conveyed this, Noel.
