Sunlight Sighs

Sunlight Sighs Peaceful beauty bourn where cataclysmic chaos once adorned new dawns. © Dane Ann Smith-Johnsen February 11, 2010 Poetic form: Haiku Footnote: Bourn is an archaic term that has several meanings. 1. A small stream or brook 2. A destination; a goal 3. A boundary; a limit http://www.thefreedictionary.com/bourn Line 1: I used “bourn” in my haiku to bring to mind that the peaceful and beautiful places on earth were among God's end goals. Creating peaceful and beautiful places. Line 2: It may have taken seemingly catastrophic events such as the collision of earth plates to bring such mountainous beauty to pass. Line 3: And since Day 4 in the creation process, the sun brightened each new day
