Sunday is a day for prayer and rest but also a day to give thanks 
Untie your days of the week and loose them to the wind for 
No one should toil seven days a week, no matter who they are  
Delve into a good book, take a walk in nature, ease into leisure   
Accept the  day as a gift from above and give thanks for 
Your beautiful life, go ahead it is your Sunday, enjoy !
