Sun and Moon

He was the Sun; brillient and bold
She was the Moon; pale and shy
Together they were allined in even orbit.
They survived the pulls of others
Stayed strong and right
Until He dimmed
And Her light went out
She was suddenly let go; hurtilling into outer darkness
Her light was gone her face empty and cold
His light couldn't reach her; He didn't even try
She was lost, thrown into chaos
He was fine, the center of the universe.
