Really pleased and amazed I got on the list too. I need learn more about meter so need to read and practice more with that as a challenge to myself. Wouldn't have made it on the list without your advice. Warm rgds Laura

Nicely done, a melody for summer! The meter was not consistently iambic; otherwise, this would have scored higher. Congrats in my contest.

This poem doesnt quite follow the correct Triolet format - i will attempt a new one with the correct format - thank you for reading my poetry.

It is so hard to write a triolet without the repetition becoming boring, but here it works. After reading this, I'm encouraged to give the form a try! Thanks, and I'll watch for more poems.
