Summer Sun In My Garden

Cherry tomatoes, 
Red plums,
Delicious apples,
Purple plums, 
Red grapes, green grapes,
Oranges.
In my garden they grow!
Roses,
Bougainvillea,
Sunflowers,
Lavender,
Orange lilies,
Readily their blossom show!
Gentle faces,  
Aromatic fragrance, 
Cheerful colors, 
Elegantly Display their radiation 
In the summer sun!

Hi, Linda, I learned poem by reading them to my students in my first 15 years of teaching before doing administration for 10. I taught them some poem forms. But I am coming back to learn more about writing poem. So far, I am writing free forms for fun. Please refer to my response to SKAT about myself. :-)

Hi SkAT, Thank you for the welcome. I am a retired school district administrator. I like writing, taking picture, gardening, drawing, painting, and yes, reading,and traveling. We have at least 15 years of travel pictures. Thanks again for the welcome.
