Summer Sun
The summer sun shines warm and bright,
it rekindles memories back into the light.
Boyhood days of playing in the street,
our bonds of friendship were bittersweet.
As we grow old and life goes on,
we march to a different song.
But new memories are born each day,
just remember to tuck them away.
So when the summer sun shines warm and bright,
you can bring them back into the light.
