Summer Rispetto
Toes dipped in the emerald ocean with ease,
I linger into the warm sunlight’s splendor.
All my hopelessness and woe begin to cease,
my skin embraces the soft sand so tender.
Then the thrilled family meets with pulchritude,
as hamburgers and hotdogs are barbequed.
We enjoy Papa’s cottage in Summertime,
for the ardor of this season is sublime.
