Summer Love
Just below my window sill
As far as my eyes could see
They all hung low, bunches galore
The summer heat made me fidgety
I lifted a long stick and took my pick
The Mango’s looked fresh and juicy
I pulled in the branch and took a quick glance
And grabbed one straight from the tree
I bit into it, the juice trickling down my chin
With a big grin I did it all over again
With the sun beating down on me
how sweet summer love can be.
