Summer Laziness

The dolphins in the sea of Malibu
Love playing game of peek-a-boo
In summer, on the beach
As lazy as sucking leach
Watching fun, we lie on sand as bamboo

This is really cool, Mohan. For some reason I was thinking you had done the haiku contest but I think I was wrong about that now. I was gonna use dolphin as my spirit animal but went with cat. It's great you did a limerick on dolphins. Question for you. Can we do more than one limerick for our lazy summer poem?

Upto you Andrea. For me one is enough. More than one, theme should remain same and connection of stanzas not broken. Only new poems.

Dolphins in the sea of Malibu...the first line itself transports to a beautiful portrayal of summer laziness. Witty imagery :)
