Summer Glee
Sitting alone in the sun,
I reflect on the past,
Days filled with laughter and fun—
Oh, how time moves fast.
The radiant colours of the light,
There's a freshness that sunshine brings,
The clock ticks, and everything yields to twilight,
While memories soar on summer's wings.
The outdoors beckon us,
With children playing in the meadow.
A moment to connect and discuss,
As the sun smiles and our faces glow.
Joy and laughter fill the seashore;
My mind is ready to soar and explore.
