Summer Fun

Written 9/5/2012

It's 8 in the morning,
I've got a play date with my bike,
Love to go down the hill so fast,
Doing tricks, I sure do dig this ride,
Arms off the handle, wind in my face,
I satisfy life's moments with fun embrace,
Friends and I are playing bus driver,
The bike just let off 4 passengers at the stop,
Now it goes much faster,
Gotta pick a few more up,
If a car comes, in seconds, my obstacle course would be a disaster.
All clear, the competition starts
“You waddle like a duck when you peddle uphill”
“Whatever, jerk, don't tease me, I'm a girl”
“Come on, chickenbutt”
“Shut up, monkeylover”
He beat me, but that's ok,
I'll beat him on this next trick,
I just never want that clock to tick.
