Summer Bright Moon
The sky unfolds a silver light
Where stars, dispersed diamonds dim bright,
And the night`s orb with pearly gleam,
Awaken lovers` walking dream.
A shining spark upon the land,
It cleanses the heart as a friend,
The earth emits a tender sigh,
With the moon as sentry up high.
The air grows soft, a gentle plea,
For hearts to open, wild and free,
As with its light all shadows fade,
A sacred, silent serenade.
A lover’s stare, a soothing tap,
The moon sanctions, its hands it claps,
Each true promise, a ray of hope
For a bright future with wide scope.
In silence the tall trees do stare,
Whisper with the soft breeze with care;
On the shore, the waves do embrace
To vie with the lovers apace.
The distant hill, the nearby spire
Are moved by this heavenly fire,
Every soul that gazes above
Basks in its sweet, smooth sparkling love.
A perky peace pervades the space
While sleeping senses start to race,
With the world lying, soft and deep,
While moonbeams on their spirits creep.
The serene path, the shining sites,
Are hallowed by this sparkling light.
A feeling born, a sweet refrain,
Washing away all hurt and pain.
So let lovers stroll, hand in hand,
Along this moonlit, glowing land
And let their love, a steady stand,
Ever shine and ever stay grand.
