Summer Allergies

A field full of lovely black-eyed susans A patch of ground I must view from afar, For my allergies flare at the intrusions My sinuses start burning like fire. My eyes erupt in uncontrollable tears, The nasal passages completely plug up, I feel like my head is about to explode I’ll have a miserable allergic flare-up. Ragweed causes a similar reaction Whenever I am near it, sight unseen, So, I have learned to avoid these plants Allergy sufferers will know what I mean!

Ragweed loves to almost kill me daily in its season and heyday, so I do know what you mean! Stay inside!

I am, particularly in this heat. I can't breathe outside when the air gets too hot and humid.

Indeed, Jim. I swear by Mucinex-D, though. It dries me up in a minute or two.

Pollen count has been terrible this Spring. I've never had allergy troubles, but I sure am feeling it now. Maybe we need a different clime. How about Alaska?

Too cold for me. I just dose up with Mucinex-D and use a Benzedrex inhaler. They work well for me.

A shame that you have these allergies Milton, I suppose I'm one of the lucky ones but my wife and son in law suffer from hay-fever quite bad. Tom

I never had any problems with allergies until old age set in. Now, I have developed several. Strange, isn't it?
