Sugarcoat
Dip the truth in sugar. Now it's safe to eat.
Point the twisted finger. Don't admit defeat.
Carve your name in stone, just to tell your sons.
A caper bent on error, and twisted by the gloves.
Mark my mind with paint, what a wild taste.
Echo promises before the big erase.
Leave a jar on every step, you've promised and you've broken.
You're not one for the people, an elitist for the tokens.
