Suffering

You wanted to see me suffer
And for a brief moment you did
Our relationship is over
I am tired of the pain
You promised you would never hit me
Again that is
But once again
I am lying on the floor
Wondering why me
You laughed as they booked you
You even smiled as youpled guilty
Well now it is my turn
I am smiling
I have moved on
I no longer need you
I will now plead guilty
With a smile on my face
I am pleading guilty
To living a better life
