Mind racing, senses awakening
Eyes opening, reality seeming
Subconscious, what meaning
Body erect, mind spinning
Awareness, just beginning
Questioning, reasoning
Acceptance, forgiving
Quieting, stilling
Darkness, fulfilling
Calming, breathing
Heartbeat, repeating
