Suddenly
I was told Tuesday
Of what happened to you on Saturday
It came as a shock to me
Because I just saw you last week
My prayers go out to you
In hopes that you'll make it safely through
Your best friend misses you
And wishes to see you soon
I hate the fact that you have to be in the hospital
And I wish your situation wasn't so critical
I don't know the pain you're going through
But hopefully, my prayers will get you through
Hopefully, your visit won't be so long
And I hope and pray that nothing goes wrong
If I had one wish, I'd wish to go back to Saturday
And you'd never have to suffer any pain
Even though we wish you were near
We can send our love from here
We won't forget about you
Because everyday, we'll pray for you
