Suddenly

Lead rain that
       suddenly from the sky falls,
       paints the landscape of gray
       erases the clear summer.
       turns the colors of thoughts
       and clouds the imagination ...
What was gold turned to silver,
       the silver atmosphere transmutes
       into
       darkness...
