Such Sweet Love

We declare our love, feelings bared
Each both overcome with strength
No longer hesitant and scared
Trust has come at long length

To gaze at you I’m distracted
Your blue eyes pierce my soul
And see just how you’ve impacted
Me and my final goal

To live with you in twilight years
Do things we both enjoy
With that we’ll have both smiles and tears
But best of all share joy
