Such Is
Such is the mess
Such is the poetry
Love in a dress
Maybe I’ll try
To love this poor woman
To come and be her man
I think somehow
If I could make her smile
She might stay awhile
Fix the heart
Of this broken man
To love is enough
And to hold her hand
