Such Capacity Have Humans

The human being, 
Of all God’s creatures;
Could make a utopia of Earth.

God placed the humans on Earth, 
To care for it and other creatures;
But, many care only for their own well being.

While all creatures,
Suffer at the hands of human beings;
Sadly, so does Mother Earth.

Someday perhaps, the human being will come to care for all creatures and Earth; let’s hope it’s not too late.

Gershon Wolf January 26, 2019 at 9:42 PM You're so right about why we were placed here on Earth … yet we were also given free will to screw things up … I guess we've chosen to fulfill our will(s) over our Maker's. Selfish is as selfish does... That's the risk God took; He didn't want us to be 'robots' (in the old sense of that word). The price has been paid pretty much from Day One. Cheers, Gershon M. L.
