Bleeding out the poison in me
Bleeding at the open nerves
You just cannot let me be
because the president never serves

It is better to not believe
Better to pretend in non-existence
than to believe
in anything but resistance

I'm unimportant to you
Unimportant to me
If only we knew
what we now see

Imbedded mistakes
Burnt regret
Bloody snow flakes
in which no one can forget

Bleeding within myself
The poison that sinks in
Makes me wish I was someone else
Something different underneath this skin
