Stuffed

Two toy animals For years loved Worn by play In tiny hands Missing both Are their eyes Seams spitting Deeply loved still By a little man Till one day One was gone Thrown away As too old And too worn Still was loved Still deeply missed Woke a fear In a little man Of the wear On the other Hid it away No more played Kept it safe Had it stay Long years hidden Till a man Took out his toy Still deeply loved
