Struggling

His stress is too much to take,
        drinking to self-medicate.
     Laid off from the job he loves
 Covid shutdown brings heartache

It breaks my heart to hear what people have gone through with all this, particularly small business owners. Lockdown has created more problems than it has solved. All the while big corps remain open.

Hello Edward, yes the Covid virus does bring on the stress of many people unemployed. So they turn to liquor. it should not be this way yet it is. Drinking liquor does not solve problems. blessings.
