The greatest power we can yield is over ourselves. Look within for validation and answers. Don't let others hurt or define you by their limited views. Be your best self and shine brightly. You are a star.
Stronger in victory

When the hurt is so deep
That body armour would never be enough
Wounded soul, heart and mind
Leads to silence and slower trust
Those people that have hurt you
They have no regard for life
Only seeking power
Limited views creating strife
Remember that you're powerful
Of stars and infinite atoms
You can create anything
Yes, you can make it happen
And no matter what
Others say or do
No one has the power
Or control over you
Take the time you need
To work through your trauma
Heal your very being
With self-care and warmth
In time those wounds will be scars
Battlefield memories of history
You will prevail and thrive
Stronger in victory
