Strings To My Heart Play Me a Somber Tune

Up and down
Walking to stray
Away from the dreams I have retired
Round and around
Until I spin dizzy just like the world

I have given up nutrition
Just to throw up over ceramic toilets
Apples and oranges rank in comparison
All the women I can never be

I have turned my heart
From stone to diamond
Because I just couldn't cut
The mold of being wanted

My puppeteer has abandoned
My impartial creation
I'm so grainy and etched to the "T"
Troubled deadwood

Up and down
Walking to stray from all
The men who will never desire me
And the ones I thought did

Whore...****...easssy!!!!!
Need I go on to shame
My mama of what she use to be
Just like me...puppets

With strings attached to the world?
