Strife
I walk in the plains of life
And seen the countless strife
A war that comes within
Stings and gives off pain.
So long ago I’d seen
Behold it is in sight again
All foundations which seems so strong
Mingle in with the bygones’ song.
Oh, laughter’s thrown with lavish joy
Are now in prisoned in a place nowhere
But to give a sweet decoy
May let it rise from everywhere.
Arise o laughter’s from thy sleep
Turn this dreary world to life
Not sorrow nor a grief
May my soul at end may reap.
