Stress - Destress

I’m stressing
I can’t even say why
Just feelings I have rising within me
Like it was lava ready to spew forth
Where any little thing can now
Just set me off

I must control
Doctor said stress is bad
Those tests I had last year proved ok
But still, I must not worry so much
Must breathe deep, relax
And not snap
