Stress

Stress
In my chest
Rising upwards and down
   I take deep breaths
   But stress never disgests
it merely sits on the top
        Waiting for you to explode
          I hold everything in
            Cause I'm not the type
              who wears her emotions
                    on her sleeve
                       But I can fall apart
                      Just like a broken heart
                       Once stress builds
