Strength Not My Own

Won't be takin' , will not be shakin'
the cowardly beast is sorely mistakin'

Constant barrage of lie's in hiding
hoping I bite and then start sliding

A descending spiral of vicious turmoil
I refuse to allow myself to be soiled

This I know , strength not my own
the guiding light of love has been shown

I sense your smile , all the while
you've been watching me
since I was a child

So with a smile on my face,
this Holy race ,
the sweet Godly truth the beast will taste

Extinguishing fear , the liar's fire
absorbing love's light , our soul's desire...........
