Strange Friend

I remember now, as i reflect,
 you were once my companion?
 we used to share the same heart,
 think the same thought
 even dream the same dream
 But, where goes all those memories?
 why doesn't the heart beat the same again?
 Even remembering you now is like walking on broken mirror
 It hurts!
 When did it happen?...how did it happen?
 what brought the gap?
 Dear strange friend, what destroyed the bridge?
 Now looking around me, all i see is a shadow of you
 you were once a close friend...but now a strange friend
