Story Spell

It’s just a story
Just another story with a red tinged spell inside
Red ribbons in your hair tied to me
Violet lights
Violet eyes holding my place
Mesmerizing me
A shock wave
The cool air on my wine flushed face
My mind sobers and my heart aches
So many ways to take the ache away
All temporary though large in doses
You fade from my eyes but you’re always there
Alive you haunt my dreams
