Story of Two
Two souls, one song
Conquering their own demons
By self acceptance and love
With no boundaries
Two hearts, one beat
Sharing each other's battles
With faith as their weapon
And unconditional love the prize
Crying on each other's shoulder
As they watch the tears wash away
The pains and fears of yesterday
And each knows they're home
Deep within each other's eyes
They see a beautiful future unfold
Soft comfort replacing anxiety
Suffering quashed by their love
Deep down they're confident
That if the sun doesn't shine for days
And the dark clouds don't clear
The light within will illuminate bright
Two become one in harmony
Stripped bear of all guilt and shame
Standing unguarded, emotionally naked
With purity and trust their clothing
