Stormy Seas
As my ship capsized
I saw the light in your hands
I felt myself lose her grip
As the water covered us deep
I felt myself sinking
And i cried "Jesus save me"
I couldn't swim, i didn't know how too
Down i went with the vessel
I was awakened by splashing water by the shore
She was there, the one whose touch had disappeared in the deep seas
The sand felt soothing to my bare back
The skies were calm like the seas
It felt like a nightmare with a happy ending
But i lived to tell of Your light
