Storm's End

   The sun peeked out cautiously
     on the rain-drenched land

Gathered her rays across the skies' way
     toward the shore’s tight-packed sand

Stopped of a sudden, as she noticed a flower ~
petals upward, smiling “Yes I can”

Now that I look, I see that I am right behind you on that 'Love Boat' there... Now that the 'Storm's End' has arrived, what say you and I... Nope, nope, I gotta stay professional. (Code for 'my wife is looking right over my left shoulder.'lol.) ~ gw

Oh I love this. Great ending too. I wish the sun would peek out here on this gloomy rainy day. This is a Fave for me. Sweet :)

Love this one Gershon. A favorite for me. There is so much inspiration in these few words. It would not surprise me if this little gem of yours made POTD. Regardless it is a Fantastic piece, loved it. May all our young kids in the world always overcome and say yes I can.
