Storm Is Ovee

The cold, empty feeling, haunts her everyday.
A world with no sunshine,
Storming with pouring rain.

She remembers a life before, a smile crosses her face.
Her hope gets struck down by
Lightning back to reality.

Weatherman says take shelter, others beg her to leave.
The storm keeps getting stronger
It will destroy everything.

With no energy left inside her
She picks herself up once again
Running thru the bad weather
She makes it to safer land.

The storm did just that
Didn't leave anything
Now she starts over
A new beginning.

The weatherman says clear skies
No need to get away
The storm is gone forever
Your shelter is with God
Your happy place.
