Stories Untold

Looking down the long narrow hallway. Seeing all the faces of wonder, thought, fearfulness and happiness. Makes you wonder to yourself how did they end up here? what were their lives like? some were lawyers some were vets others were mill workers, Some have children some have none Sit and listen to the same story over and over again, but every time it gets better with more life then ever. With the wisdom and knowledge they love to share Brightens our lives every day we are there. walk into there room and they are gone, Like the wind on a warm spring day. remembering all the lessons they taught you, and advice they were willing to share. As you look up and smile you know they are happy and having fun. These are the rewards and loses we love.

I have ancestors who are lost in time because there is no written record of them It is so sad that they have been forgotten after long and fulfilling lives. That is why I am writing about my parents and all those I knew in my past as well as stories of myself so unlike them we will not be forgotten as only a name in a long line of names. We of this day are so lucky that we have the means to record our histories with such ease.
