In darkness comes a flowing feeling
Of deep regret and pain
Its gentle touch
Like winters rose
Does break me down again
I know nothing
Of love
Or happiness
I know nothing
Of winters end
Until now
With you warm glow
You melt the world
From within
I know so little of you
Yet I know that you are here
Within my heart
Within my soul
A truth
That comes within
What is this stunning feeling
Of warmth
And strength
And life
That comes to me
When I speak to you
And everything is right
I know that however
This brightness goes
To more than love
And more than friends
Or to a companion
Through lifes end
I want to know
You'll be there too
And for you to know
I'm here for you.
So if our stories
See us through
My story is better
Now that I have met you
